The Pumpkin Patch on Sauvie Island
This conveniently located pumpkin patch is 15 minutes northwest of Portland. Ranked as one of the best pumpkin patches in Oregon, the farm is a family favorite that offers fresh fruits and vegetables in addition to a wide variety of pumpkins.
The farm offers a variety of u-pick berries, u-pick flowers, u-pick peaches, and more. The Sauvie pumpkin patch also supplies hand-harvested pumpkins and winter squashes to several retailers around Oregon. This patch is USDA G.A.P. certified and is one of Portland’s largest pumpkin suppliers.
Aside from pumpkin picking, you can also enjoy a wide variety of Fall activities including the produce market, animal barn, maze, hayrides, cow train, and more.

Bauman’s Farm and Garden
Bauman’s harvest festival promises plenty of fun this and every Fall since 1895. Each year, the farm is transformed into an activity zone with plenty of fun activities and a wide variety of pumpkins to harvest.
The farm in Gervais also features an exciting pumpkin weigh-off where some of the largest pumpkins and squash from across the country are weighed at the Bauman’s Harvest Festival. Be sure to catch the Bauman’s giant pumpkin drop where a 1000lb pumpkin is dropped into a pool from a crane.
Other activities at the farm for the whole family include mazes, farm animals, obstacle courses, apple cannon, pedal carts, hayrodes, jumping pad, and more. Bring your camera and take great pictures as you create lifetime memories.

Mahaffy Ranch
Ryan and Shawna established Mahaffy Ranch in 2004. The two welcome visitors to the farm every Fall and provide a family-friendly experience in a beautiful harvest setting. The farm located in Coos Bay offers a rustic setting where you and your family can pick your own pumpkins and enjoy a variety of festival events.
There are plenty of pumpkins to choose from including specialty pumpkins, pie pumpkins, carver pumpkins, squash, gourds, minis, and more. The farm also offers plenty of fresh produce such as sweet corn starting at $1.

This farm in Aurora welcomes you to enjoy a Fall experience like no other. During the harvest festival, you can enjoy picking your own pumpkins from the patch. The bold, colorful pumpkins come in all shapes, sizes, and varieties.

Heiser Farms Pumpkin Patch
John and Kristi Heiser started their farm in 1991 growing strawberries and melons. Soon, they were growing pumpkins for the local markets. In 1994, hey decided to open up their farm to local visitors.
Heiser Farms gives you and your family the opportunity to relax and enjoy a day of fun in a field full of vibrant orange pumpkins. Help your children find the perfect pumpkin and pick it off the vine in a field full of different varieties.

Bushue’s Family Farm

Historic Kirchem Farm
Kirchem Farm started growing Christmas trees in 1992 and has only recently ventured into pumpkins. The farm welcomes visitors to share their small farm experience with pumpkin picking and other Fall festivities.
This farm offers plenty of pumpkin options including squash and gourds. You and your family can harvest pumpkins from the vine in the fields or choose from a selection of pre-picked options.

Roloff Farms
This 100-acre farm started out as a small 34-acre fixer-upper full of endless possibilities. The farm has since evolved into an agritainment venue. Each year, the farm brings together visitors from across the country to enjoy various activities as well as pumpkin picking.
Roloff Farms has been a part of many families in the region as it was originally built as a playland for children’s entertainment. Over time, the farm has incorporated more fancy structures that are a tourist attraction and fun for people of all ages.

Papa’s Pumpkin Patch, Wachlins Farms
Bob Wachlin started Papa’s Pumpkin Patch as a high schooler to earn some extra money so he could purchase his first truck. The little roadside stand grew into a 50-acre patch full of pumpkins of all shapes and sizes.
Each Fall, the patch welcomes visitors to take part in the harvest, enjoy the decor, and buy plenty of goodies. The family-friendly farm offers you the chance to pick a pumpkin of your choice fresh from the vine as well as gourds and squash.
The farm is old fashioned and does not focus too much on commercialisation, so you and your family can experience the joys of simple farm life. The pumpkin patch also welcomes families and professionals who would like to take photos on the farm.

Lee Farms Oregon
Lee Farms has been in the family for 7 generations. The family-owned farm is currently open for the Fall harvest festival and welcomes visitors to experience life on the farm.
The 150-year old farm opened its u-pick strawberry fields in the 1960’s before they ventured into commercial farming. Its agritainment expansion brought up the Easter Egg Hunt, Sunflower Festival, Berry Festival, Christmas trees, and now the Fall Festival where visitors can choose from up to 27 varieties of pumpkins, gourds, and squash.
The Fall festival also features activities such as hayrides, a play area, corn maze, animal viewing, jump pads, bounce pillow, barrel wagon rides, tricycles, slides, and more. General admission is $15 which includes limited activities and $28 for an unlimited activities wristband.

This working farm is located near the Smith Rock State Park that is well known for rock climbing. The farm is another family favorite Fall destination for members of the Terrebonne community and across the country.

Pheasant Fields Farm
This family friendly farm in Southern Oregon has over 50 varieties of pumpkins including specialty pumpkins, gourds, and winter squash. The farm has been growing winter squash for over 20 years and offers different varieties including butternut, kabocha, spaghetti, acorn, sweet meat, delicata, turks turban, and sunshine among others.
