Elaine Morley received her horticultural degree from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at the University of Massachusetts in 1980.
She founded Couch Brook Farm in 1981.
The farm has been Certified Organic since 1991. Elaine makes and sells ceramics which are for sale at the farm.
She has help on the farm from her husband, Peter.
