We are Rick and Theresa and we manage the farm at Underhill.
We met a long time ago and became friends while studying together in Ormskirk, England.
After living and playing in NYC together, we headed to Europe to WWOOF.
The farmers and friends we worked alongside inspired us to find our own spot to share.
With help from our family and children, we tend to a small garden and nursery, a flock of sheep and chickens, hives of honeybees and an acre patch of blueberries.
Mostly, we sing songs and fish on the pond.
