Just a short five-mile drive from the historic square in Springfield, you will find Head’s Farm in Cedar Hill, TN.
Coming from a Grandfather and Father who both grew tobacco and Father who started a nursery and landscaping business, owners Monty and Miranda Head, wanted to teach their daughter Maddie where her food came from.
In 2009, they began selling pumpkins in their front yard and each year slowly began adding new products.
Now more than ten years later, they not only grow pumpkins, they’ve added strawberries, tomatoes, and sweet corn just to name a few.
In addition to growing produce, the family runs a country store located on the farm where you will find jams, jellies, sauces, local meats, fresh eggs, seasonal flowers, wrought iron and other local hand made products.
