Most of our crops are grown in the greenhouses.
The greenhouses are made of glass, so we are vulnerable to wind, hail, and snow load.
We don’t heat the greenhouses, so we grow crops based on the season.
We are able to grow year round with agressive use of row covers in the cold months.
We have a couple acres of blueberries. You are welcome to come and pick blueberries in the summer.
We are in the process of adding to our field crops.
In the next couple of years, we hope to add to our outdoor production.
